Service Provision

• We process information to provide services that analyze and display publicly available game data such as character profiles and gameplay history.

① Information provided directly

• As a rule, we do not offer user registration and do not collect directly identifying information such as phone numbers or names.
• However, when a user sends us an email inquiry, we collect and use the sender’s email address, the inquiry content, and any attached files (optional) solely for the purpose of handling the inquiry.

② Service data

• Public game data: We retrieve and process publicly available information (e.g., characters, dungeon/combat logs, rankings, metrics) from external providers’ public APIs/data such as Raider.IO and Warcraft Logs (WCL).
• In-browser stored values: Personalization settings such as language preferences and favorites are saved in the browser’s local storage (not transmitted to our server as a rule).

③ Purposes of use

• Providing service features (e.g., displaying character/combat metrics, multilingual support, favorites)
• Performance/error analysis, incident response, and security (including blocking abnormal traffic)

④ Retention period

• Email inquiry information: Retained for up to 3 years after the inquiry is resolved, then deleted.
• In-browser stored values: Retained until deleted by the user and can be removed at any time via browser settings/cache deletion.

⑤ Notice on public content

• Under Blizzard’s terms, ownership of characters, character names, character data, virtual items, and character profile information belongs to the game publisher or its licensors, and such information may be displayed by the service.
